Applicant of Franchisee have to apply with complete self-details, proposed centre location, available hardware and plan for business development with the respective format (Franchisee Application Form is available in the download option of YSCSM web portal www.yscsm.com). After receiving the Franchisee Application and necessary document from the applicant a personal interview may be followed or may be physical inspection is to be conduct by the YSCSM officials.

• The Applicant should be in business or a professional with the required entrepreneurial acumen.
• The Applicant should have commitment for providing quality training to students.
• The Applicant must have the humanity to fulfill all the term and condition to become a YSCSM member.
• The faculties of Franchisees should have subjective knowledge, discipline and capacity for solving of student's problems.
• • Management should have good behavior, honest and helpful mentality for the students.

• Complete fill-up of Franchisee Application form
• Franchisee fee Rs. 10,000/0- (Ten Thousand Only) need to pay by Demand Draft in favour of Youth Success Computer Shaksharta Mission payable at Siliguri.
• Satellite picture of the Centre
• Available Hardware like Numbers of Desktop, Numbers Laptop, Numbers Printer Number Scanner projector and others accessories.
• Bio data of the Applicant
• Bio-data of the Centre Director if applicant and Centre director is different person
• Qualification certificate of Applicant and Centre Director
• Recent Passport size photograph of Applicant and centre Director
• Identity proof of Applicant
• Tread License
• If institute is Partnership firm then Partnership deed
• If Institute is rental then room rent agreement deed

Location of the Franchisee centre should be at the prime location of the city/town. The franchisee centre would have separate class rooms, Computer Lab room and Reception / office room.

A operational manual will be provide to Franchisee Center which is helpful for successfully and profitable run the franchisee centre.
